Voucher value
We have value vouchers that are not restricted to a specific purpose. They can be used for the exhibition and the museum shop. You are free to choose the value. You are welcome to use our admission prices and fees as a guide.
Validity
Due to statute of limitations, all vouchers with date until 2019 lose their validity as of 01.10.2023!
According to legal regulations (§§ 194 para. 1, 214 para. 1, 195, 199 para. 1 BGB) our vouchers are valid for three years after the end of the year of purchase.
Address and delivery
If the recipient's address and the invoice address are different
please state both addresses.
We charge a 2.00 Euro handling fee for shipping.
During the holiday and Christmas periods, invoicing may be carried out separately.
